Adam M. Formus has over 20 years of public accounting experience. He provides audit, consulting, and tax services to multistate and multinational businesses in a variety of industries, including financial services, manufacturing, health care, service companies and not-for-profit organizations.

In addition, Adam has significant expertise in the field of outsourced CFO, corporate accounting, fund administration and compliance and auditing procedures for public utility. His background also includes corporate and partnership income tax planning and preparation. Adam is also a part of the Firm’s Surprise Custody Examinations pursuant to Rule 206(4)-2 of the Investment Advisors Act of 1940 practice.

Adam is fluent in Polish and serves not only as Treasurer and member of the Board of Directors for CIRC, but also for the Polish American Foundation of Connecticut.
